Photo Instructions:

Engraving results are highly dependent on the quality of the photo that is sent in, please keep these tips in mind

- Use white paper with NO LINES

-Use a BLACK inked marker or pen (sharpies work great! thin pen writing will also be engraved thin and may be harder to see)

-Take photos in good lighting and straight from above

-Avoid shadows or streaks of light that will block wording

-I will resize any wordier phrases or larger writing, but please keep the size and shape of a hammer handle in mind (short phrases are best!)

-If wanting both sides engraved, please include both pieces of writing in your photo and make sure it is clear that they are separate. For example, each child receives a separate strip of paper to write on.
